On Board Experiential (OBE), a top-ranked global experiential agency, is celebrating 30 years of creating brand experiences that move people—and industries forward.
What started in 1995 as a scrappy West Coast shop producing extreme sports and live music events has grown into a global agency trusted by the world’s most influential brands, including Nike, Meta, OpenAI, Sephora, and JPMorganChase. With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, and London, OBE continues to deliver insight-driven, emotionally resonant brand experiences that drive engagement, build community, and deliver measurable business impact.
The 2025 campaign theme, 30 YEARS BOLD, is more than a milestone. It’s a brand statement that celebrates OBE’s relentless evolution and vision for the future of brand experiences.

In the last year, OBE:
- Expanded their offices globally with the acquisition of Playmaker Experiential, now OBE London.
- Delivered big-impact programs with OpenAI, JPMorganChase, Stripe, Red Canary, Converse, Nike, and the NFL—demonstrating cultural fluency and global scale.
- Evolved its offerings with deeper digital capabilities, immersive tech, and an expanded environmental design team.
- Maintained a 94% employee retention rate, reinforcing its people-first culture even amid a challenging industry landscape.
- Added to their long list of award-winning creativity and agency accolades, earning 14 new honors in the past year across hybrid innovation, creative technology, multi-channel strategy, Gen Z engagement, and industry leadership—reinforcing our legacy of award-winning creativity, industry recognition, and agency excellence.
Looking ahead, OBE is focused on scaling global delivery, incubating new IP, and continuing to push the boundaries of experience—from physical to digital and everywhere in between.
OBE’s 30th year will be marked by thoughtful internal and external activations—including Pearls of Wisdom, a social campaign honoring the agency’s Pearl Anniversary and sharing hard-earned insights with the industry. Through storytelling, events, and creative content, OBE will spotlight the people, partners, and ideas that have powered its evolution.
