Frontiers & Exec Summit Series

In 2025, OpenAI and OBE expanded their CxO engagement strategy into a dual-tier global program—Frontiers and Exec Summits—that balanced scale with precision. Building on the momentum of the 2024 series, the team delivered high-impact gatherings across San Francisco, London, Tokyo, and Singapore, bringing senior leaders together for immersive learning, direct executive access, and hands-on product interaction.

Frontiers offered full-day, summit-level experiences featuring keynotes, interactive breakouts, robust demo environments, and curated networking designed to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. Exec Summits provided a streamlined half-day format with targeted conversations and focused content, ensuring relevance in each local market. Together, the two formats created a cohesive, repeatable, and globally scalable engagement engine.

With a partnership history spanning two years and more than a dozen major executive events, the 2025 program demonstrated the strength of the OpenAI–OBE collaboration, delivering elevated production, consistent global brand expression, and measurable business impact at every stop.

2024 Series

From experience design to stage management and show calling, OBE produced a series of polished events for OpenAI that hosted executives in three markets within the same week (San Francisco, New York, and London). To ensure consistency across all markets that were simultaneously being produced, we crafted a playbook of program must-haves that provided a turnkey framework for each execution team. Following the success of this initial three-event execution, we expanded the program to additional global markets that same year, including Tokyo, New York, Paris, and Munich.

Each half-day OpenAI Executive Summit featured a mix of business leaders with an interest in expanding AI in their enterprises. Summit content included keynotes from Sam Altman and Brad Lightcap, product-focused breakout sessions, and a customer fireside chat. Each summit provided ample networking opportunities for the OpenAI team to interface directly with attendees, including Topic Tables, on-site sales meetings, and a networking reception.
